TX Toy Sales - Used Harley-Davidson Motorcycles

I guess I should tell people if you buy a motorcyclike. I did from Texas toys. If you're in another state one, make sure you ask if there's any body damage. I didn't and I got a dented up. Pretty bad front Fender. I got a horn that didn't work. ..Which is a safety feature ..a turn signal button that was hanging out and did not work, which is a safety feature. The turn signal button could have been done by the shipper. But I think the horn should have been fixed as that is a safety issue....Texas toys has offered to reimburse me for getting issues fixed on bike....will update when it happens...this is definitely a positive thing from a seller...will update accordingly

I want to thank. Texas toys. And The salesperson Ashley. That helped us get our Harley. We shopped many places. And this place was the final, stop! Ashley went beyond, what a salesperson. Dose, as we went back and forth. With all the paperwork and bank information. Needed. She helped us, with answering questions over the cell. And Jacob finance,l department. It is difficult, to buy online and only see the. Motorcycle on pictures and video. We bought our motorcycle. Approved. And she was keeping us updated at all times. Until I got the text you are good to go! So we went this new year eve, and picked up my husband’s Harley. As we arrived. We could not believe. How beautiful the bike was. It actually looks like a newer model. Hard to believe it’s 2009. That’s how, gorgeous the bike looked the detailed it for us. And ready to ride home back to San Antonio. Ashley and Jacob thank you so much and for being so patient with me. With all my questions. To the buyers don’t go anywhere else. My husband’s credit score was not very high. And we were approved. And we have low payments. And a great warranty that comes with the bike. Very satisfied. with our purchase. Remember ask for Ashley. Here is our bike.

Vince was awesome!!! He worked with the banks for almost a week non stop and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Best part is not only did we get a camper but we got what we wanted! He literally hounded the banks for 4 days!!! Any questions we had him and his full staff were able to help. I text him at 9pm our first night in the camper with an issue (A light came on that is supposed to come on. But I didn’t know) And he answered immediately and took the time to explain what it meant. TX Toy Sales & Service is 100% LGBT friendly and WILL work with Union/ Millwrights. Thanks Vince!! You were great. Can’t wait until we upgrade in a few years.

We worked Jacob and Jeremiah and it was an absolute dream of an experience. We picked the bike we wanted, got approved and got everything done within a day. They did every repair we asked no matter how big or small and were able to bring home our bike a couple days later! Definitely recommend this place and will be buying from them again!

Just want to say even with all the people leaving bad reviews I don’t know how or why you would do that. Even 3 months after my purchase Aaron King is still on top of anything and everything for me. That’s great customer service!! Don’t always believe the reviews guys go see Aaron King best salesman I have ever dealt with when buying anything!!

Went to Texas Toy Sales to buy a road glide, thought about my knee and needed to get a trike. Aaron and Ryan were the best. No problem to big or small. They were able to get everything switched over for me. I also talk to the owner didn’t catch his name but he was helpful to. Customer service is superior white glove treatment from beginning to the end if you need a bike, I highly recommend Texas Toy Sales.
